  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Using a large 9-10 inch baking dish, break up croissants and cinnamon rolls into 1-2 inch pieces. Melt butter and pour into pan, tilting to coat the sides and bottom. Arrange croissants and cinnamon rolls into baking dish and set aside. In a bowl, crack eggs and add remaining ingredients, except nutmeg or mace. Whisk to incorporate. Pour batter evenly over croissants and cinnamon rolls. Gently toss and sprinkle nutmeg over the top of the pudding. Bake for 30 minutes in the center rack of the oven. Turn oven off and leave pudding in the oven for 20 minutes allowing it to cool to room temperature. Remove and serve warm with white chocolate butter rum sauce poured over each serving.

White Chocolate Butter Rum Sauce

    In a cuisinart fitted with a metal blade or using an electric mixer, beat 1/2 cup cream cheese with 1/4 cup White Chocolate sauce, 1/2 cup marshmallow cream and 3-4 tablespoons Da Vinci Gourmet Butter Rum or Butter Pecan syrup. For thinner sauce add 1/3 - 1/2 cup Half and Half or milk.
