Black and White Mocha Brownies

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 oz unsweetened chocolate (3 squares) melted and cooled
- 1/4 cup Da Vinci Gourmet "Mochas", chopped coarsely
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grease the bottom and sides of a 9 X 13" baking pan.
Combine the butter and sugar in a large bowl. Beat in the eggs. Fold in the flour and salt. Divide the batter equally into two bowls. Into one bowl, fold in the chopped Da Vinci Gourmet "mochas". Into remaining batter, fold in the melted chocolate.
Pour the white mocha batter into the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate batter into the pan and swirl into a decorative design.
Bake the brownies in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center of the pan comes out clean.
Cool completely and cut into 18 2"x2 1/2" brownies.
